Almost instantly, Ethan knew what was inside.
His eyes darkened, turning cold enough to freeze.
"Ethan, what is this…?" Eliana was still sitting there, her elbow resting casually on the armrest as she feigned concern.
"Leave."
Ethan cut her off.
His tone was colder than she had ever heard it.
With Ryan standing right there, Eliana's expression stiffened.
But she quickly composed herself and rose naturally.
"Okay. You take care of things."
After Eliana left the office, the air seemed to solidify.
