'I'll get out of here and come find you as soon as possible,' I told Vika.
She was alone with my father. I knew what he wanted. I shuddered.
'Stall him as long as you can. He took some pills that made him stronger. If you stall him, they might wear off,' I added.
'Okay, I'll do what I can,' Vika said.
She sounded so far away like a whisper from across a room.
'Protect yourself, Vika. If you get the chance, run. I'll find you,' I said.
'We'll be together soon,' she said.

Speaking of, where were the soldiers even taking me? I looked around. We were headed underground. Well, my father said to take us to an underground dungeon.
