Second Base pt 2

2560 Words
Silas The next week we all went to the fair and the creatures came in second place in the talent show. First place went to a group of high school girls singing ‘Don’t Let Go’. Sion and Sin ended up talking to two of the girls from that group. Later that night, Chrissy, Shay, and Tiana spent the night at our house. They turned the shed into their girls spot, as if that was going to keep us out. Sion and Tiana stood by the stove making Nachos while Chrissy, JJ, Sin sat on the couch. I sat on the floor with Shay waiting to start the movie. “Let me ask you something.” Shay whispered. I looked at her for her to ask. “Why do you kiss me?” Her eyes dropped to my lips and back up to my eyes. “I always have, I don’t think about it.” I shrug. “What made you start?” She looks genuinely curious. “You. I don’t remember the details, but I know we’ve been kissing for a while. You just stopped initiating it, why?” I look at her. “You started dating I guess, I don’t know.” She blushes turning away from me. Tiana and Sion join us on the floor and start the scary movie. Shay gets comfortable on my shoulder after a while. I wrap my arm around her waist and rub her stomach under her shirt. Those prickly tingly feelings that I like start in my fingertips as I rub her. Shay doesn’t say anything anymore, but she jumps when it happens, so I know she feels it. I lay my head on hers as my mind goes back to the day, she kissed and claimed me. I want to know why she’s acting like she doesn’t remember, but I’ll ask her later. Halfway into the movie, JJ and Chrissy dipped off in the bathroom. Sin caught on to it as well, but we ain’t say s**t about them boning. Close to the end Tiana jumped up because it was ‘too scary’ and went in the main house with Sion. At the end everyone started to clear out, Chrissy, JJ, and Sin went in the main house talking about the movie. Shay was leaving too until I asked her to help me with something. She stayed not thinking too much into it. “What do you need help with?” She asks as Sin leaves out. “You don’t remember kissing me?” I get straight to it. “Umm.” Her face turns red. “when we were ten? I guess” She looked away from me. “Yes, the same day you signed a contract submitting to me.” I say remembering clearly now. I think I still have the contract too. “I what? That was a game, Silas. I didn’t think you’d keep kissing me after that.” She argued. “Then why didn’t you stop me?” I sit on the couch watching her struggle for an answer. “I don’t know, it became normal.” She walks over to the case of movies and picks up a black romance, showing me it. “Sure, if it’s normal why are you asking about it?” I ask as she puts the movie in. “You have girlfriends now, but when you’re single, you kiss me and do other things. I wanted to know why.” She explains. “That’s not what you asked me.” “Well, I’m asking now.” “Because you were reminded of the wedding you forced me to have and took it upon yourself to claim me as your boyfriend. You kissed me in the ballpen in front of the girl you knew I liked. Later that same day, I said I will only be your boyfriend if you submitted to me owning you and you did.” I ran everything down from that day. “So, you’ve been cheating on me this whole time?” She yells after realization hits her. “And you don’t own me!” She adds. “No.” I laugh blocking her from hitting me. “How do you not remember this?” She stops swinging and stares off. “You’re right, I broke up with you the next day because you wouldn’t share your cake with me.” She says calmly. “Fat a*s.” I laugh as she joins me on the couch. “Why keep kissing me if we broke up?” She looks at me genuinely. “Because I started seeing you as the opposite s*x and you never stopped me. Hence, I own you.” I say, making her roll her eyes. An hour into the movie, she started talking about soulmates. “But, how do you know when you’ve met your soulmate?” Shay asks me, after the character in the movie says, ‘she always knew’. “You'll know when you're with the right person. Sometimes it’s something as simple as your first real kiss.” I explain. “I can't comment on something I've never done.” Shay shrugs. “What chu mean, I’m talking about kissing.” “Obviously, I didn’t feel anything, and I’ve kissed a few boys including you.” She rolls her eyes. “I’m talking about with tongue.” I say knowing we’ve never kissed each other with tongue. “Oh, I’ve never done that before.” She says casually. “You're full of it.” I call her bluff, “ain’t no way.” “Because I never French kissed a guy before?” She looks at me, taken back. “So, what? You’ve tongue kissed a girl?” I say jokingly but I’m seriously asking. “No! I'm not into girls. I just never did it.” She slaps my shoulder. “Da*n, that's cool. But you let me play with your—” “Don’t bring that up!” She cuts me off. I let my eyes fall on her chest making her cross her arms over them. “Okay… So, how would you tell if he's right for you?” I laugh, getting back on topic. “I don't know, I guess I'll go off of how he makes me feel when I'm around him when he speaks to me when he touches me.” She explains while keeping her eyes on the tv. “interesting” Is all I could say thinking about the way her skin makes my hands tingle. That doesn’t happen with any other girl. “You just go around kissing girls?” She turns to look at me. “Nah. just the ones I connect with, they're usually my girlfriend by then.” I glance at her but focus back on the movie. “So, if they kiss bad you leave them?” She furrows her brows. “It's not like that. It's more so about the way it happens if it’s forced, expected, or natural. If I feel comfortable kissing them without thinking about it.” I explain, feeling her eyes staring at me. “What does it feel like, being ‘comfortable’ to that point?” She ask me with curiosity running through her eyes. “I can't explain it really. It's like that feeling you get when you really like someone. I could show you better than I could tell you.” “How could you show me?” “This movie, that kiss after their big argument is a good example of feeling something.” I explain and she nods agreeing with me. I watch her cheeks turn red as she refuses to look my way. “I could show you what a meaningless kiss would feel like.” “How?” With that she looks me in the eyes. I lean in, holding her chin, as I pull her face towards mine and kiss her. I nip her lip so I could slid my tongue in her mouth. For someone who has never done it before she starts massaging my tongue with hers like a pro. Kissing Shay felt so natural and like the right thing to do. I closed my eyes as she sucked on my bottom lip while my hands trailed her body. I laid her back on the couch without our lips parting, lying between her legs. “This is meaningless?” She manage to ask in between kisses. “I was wrong.” We kissed some more, pulling at each other's clothes, taking off my shirt, rolling hers up over her breast and opening her pants. “You are mine.” I groan and she nods her head ‘yes’ with her eyes close as I began kissing on her neck. She didn’t even think about it before agreeing. She rubbed her hands in my hair, pulling me in closer to her. I slid my hand in her pants above her underwear expecting her to stop me. When she didn’t, I stuck my hand inside her underwear feeling her pool of juices. She bit my lip and reached for my pants fumbling with my belt. I used my free hand to help her get access. She reached her hand in and grabbed me once before gasping and pulling her hand away. “Don’t be scared.” I grab her hand and wrap it around me, making her grip my d**k. “Silas.” She looks at me for a moment before her eyes starts to flutter in reaction to me rubbing her cl*t. She begins stroking me and biting her lip in bliss. I went to stick one finger inside her as I sucked on her neck. Pops then entered the shed and before we could react, he was standing behind us, shaking his head. His presents didn’t have much effect on me other than the fact I had to cover my b***r. He watched Shay fumble to close her pants with a big red hickey on her neck. I grabbed her hand to calm her down while holding a couch pillow over my lap. Shay focused her fearful eyes on mine and all I could think about was her scent and her sweet lips. Shay ‘We’re Busted. You’re Busted, He’s Busted, I am Busted.’ Is playing over and over again in my head. My stomach is in a tight knot, and I can’t bring myself to look Mr. Hendrix in the eye. I face Silas and his eyes are calm and alluring. I release a big breath I was holding right before Shawn clears his throat, capturing our attention. He started off saying how he saw me as his own daughter and was well aware of his son's reputation. His face wore a mixture of disgust and disappointment. Continuing on about how Silas had a two-month limit that we all caught on to, especially me. He made me realize, no matter how much I wanted to, I can’t date him seriously. “I saw you way before you saw me.” Shawn shakes his head at us, waving the camera in his hand. “I am going to use this picture to teach you a lesson.” He stated shaking the polaroid in his opposite hand. Silas and I didn’t say anything in response, we just waited for our punishment. He described both of our personalities to us, pointing out how we fight at least once a week. He admitted to noticing the interest we show in each other but explained how it's nothing more than a friendship that we shouldn't ruin trying to act grown. After pointing out a few key facts he gave us ten minutes to talk it over before he would show our mothers the picture. Almost instantly after he left the shed, I told Silas I agree with Mr. Hendrix, and I don't want to jeopardize our friendship. Silas didn't say much of anything to me, he just nodded his head and looked at his hands. I noticed his distant mood and I ask him not to tell anybody. “I don't kiss and tell.” Silas says bluntly. “I was just making sure; I don't want to be listed as one of your experiments.” I explained myself. “Wow, One of my experiments?” He looked at me in disbelief. “Yes, a girl you play with for two months then dump.” I shrug as if it’s obvious, Silas sighs in response. “Don't act surprised, everyone knows your routine.” I didn’t want to feel like the bad guy. “Just to clear some s**t up, I've never touched any of my ex-girlfriends and dumped them right after. What happened was between them and me, it wasn’t a da*n experiment. I’ve never disrespected a girl in that type of way.” He turned his head towards me a little, but his eyes were still focused on the floor. Anger radiated off of him at this point. “Really?” I leaned down to see his face. He sat up and looked me in my eyes before he quickly continued. “But you, I've played with you, without being in a relationship.” “Don’t.” I could feel my heartbeat speed up. “Seeing you biting your lip, squeezing my arm, oh and grinding your hips on me was solid. But nobody knows about that experiment, right?” His words were laced with sarcasm and anger. “Silas...” I barely whispered his name as tears burned my eyes. “Nah, because I was going to ask you to be my girl the other night after that stupid game, but you ran home. And now, after you say yes, you break up with me a few minutes later over my fathers' opinion?” He looks at me repulsed. I feel like crap, and I can’t find the words to say. Silas shook his head and left the shed to go in the main house. “Silas!” I followed him up to his parents' room Stopping when he closed the door behind him. standing in the hall, I listened as he told his mother he kissed me before his father showed her the picture. He said it was a heat of the moment thing due to the movie and they didn't have to worry about that mess happening again. I feel like he means every word of it, so I turned away from the room and went to the empty living room while everyone else was in Sins room. I ended up silently crying myself to sleep on the couch. My mother found out the next morning but didn't fuss about it. After She gave me "the talk", I stayed to myself just to get over that night. I promised myself that I will never be in a weakening position like that again. Months went by and I kept busy with pageants and talent shows. I still hung out at Tina’s like usual, she was my babysitter after all. But I didn’t pay attention to Silas or let them talk about him around me. Tiana questioned my attitude change, but I never told anyone what happened. I did my best to move on and it seem like he did too.
