Chapter 4

King Aiden’s pov

While I was driving along the road I could sense a strong energy around me, even when I tried to ignore it I couldn't.

I sighted a car parked on the highway then I got out and walked towards the young lady that I was drawn to, I immediately knew she was my mate, but I could sense another man pup on her. It made me furious but I wasn't trying to give her the wrong first impression so I controlled my anger and placed my hand on her shoulder.

She turned to look at me and we stared at each other for a while in the eyes. She had brown glowing eyes and her beauty was one to hold onto.

“Why are you here all by yourself?” I asked her politely and removed it by hand from her shoulder. I was trying to be as respectful as I can be. She looked broken which was very obvious.

“Just cooling off a little.” She replied softly. I realized she might need company so I offered myself to her.

“I'm Lycan King Aiden.” The young lady opened her eyes wider than normal when she heard my name.

“You…” She was so stunned that she couldn't complete her statement.

“Come with me.” I said to her and we both entered my car. There was a heavy silence in the car as we were headed to the mansion.

I had so many questions I wished to ask her but I couldn't ask her any yet. I needed her to be calm first.

Few hours later we arrived at the mansion, she hopped out of the car and stood outside the house. “I'm sorry if I'm bugging you too much but I really need your help.” I wasn't prepared for what she just said. I have never met her before so I couldn't tell what kind of help she needed.

“Can we go in and talk?” I said to her proposing we go into the house, but she looked like she was in a hurry. “We can't talk here.” I was trying to convince her to go into the house with me.

It took a lot of convincing before she finally followed me into the house, I was curious to know what she needs my help with.

We got into the house and sat in my chambers.

“How may I help you?” I asked her.

“My name is Crystal, Luna of the Star night pack.” I wasn't expecting that. The mate bond with her was so strong that I was trying to control myself.

“Wow, I didn't expect you to be a Luna.” I said to her, feeling disappointed. “It's not like I am anymore.” She mumbled, but I could hear her clearly. I became more attentive as she started to barrage everything that she has gone through.

I felt pity for her but as much as she needed my help I also needed her help.

“I will fulfill your wish on one condition.” Crystal sat up properly and became more attentive when she heard what I said.

“I will do anything you want me to do.” She replied to me almost immediately, I could tell sur was very desperate to get back at them for the hell they put her through and the heartbreak.

“You will become my breeder for two years.” Crystal facial expression slowly changed from a pleasant one to something strange. I could tell she was not pleased to hear my condition.

“You can request for anything else but not this.” She said to me trying to reject the condition.

I wasn't pleased to see her reaction because I was expecting something better than what she did.

“That is all I need from you.” Crystal looked hesitant about the condition I gave. I have been looking for her kind to help break my curse. Seeing her unpleasant about the request I gave made me feel bad.

“I will do it.” I was shocked to hear her reply. She didn't think too much about it before accepting. With both of us having a deal we concluded and planned to attack at night.

While Crystal was in my house I treated her like a VIP guest. She was treated with the utmost care because of my interest in her.

It was getting dark and everything needed for the attack was ready. My boys were ready as well. We entered the car and drove to the star night pack.

Because the pack was not too distant away we got to the Star night pack faster. The moment we drove into the pack house I could tell Crystal was nervous.

I held her hands softly and she turned to look at me. “You need to go inside now.” I said to her and she nodded her head in agreement with me.

We all stepped out of the car and silently put away the obstacles in the environment so we could easily attack when Crystal was done.

“Who do you think you are in my life!” I could hear him tell her from where I was. Hearing him speak to her made me very upset, I was struggling to control myself from going in.

“I will never forgive you, Lyon.” She said to him,

“I never asked for your forgiveness.” He replied to her and shared a kiss with his newly found love. Crystal was very upset, too upset to say more words. I went in with my men and they were shocked to see me.

Crystal took some steps backward to be in the same lane with me.

I could see how hurt she was from the look on her face. She was struggling not to explode. I had my men surround them so they had nowhere to go.

“Tell him the truth about the baby.” Crystal said to Ria. From the look on Ria’s face it was obvious she had something she was hiding.

“What is she talking about Ria?” Lyon asked.

“I'm sorry, there is no baby and there never was.” Ria broke the news. Lyon felt heartbroken but it couldn't be compared to the one he made Crystal go through.

“What do you want me to do?” I asked her.

“Kill them.” She sounded cold and walked away.

“Crystal, I'm sorry.?” Lyon and Ria begged for their lives to be spared as Crystal was walking away.

I fulfilled my own part of the bargain by doing the exact thing she wanted me to do.

The next morning. I woke up feeling excited and active for the first time in a while because the solution to my curse has finally been found.

I washed my face and walked out of the room to get myself a bottle of water.

While walking downstairs I sighted Crystal walking to the kitchen. I could tell she was going to get herself a bottle of water too.

“Good morning.” I greeted with a loud voice as I brought out a bottle of water. Crystal still looked uncomfortable around me or maybe shy around me.

She lowered her head and ran back to her room, I found her really cute but the urgency of my situation didn't make it feel cute for too long.

She's going to be my breeder for two years, she can't keep avoiding me.

All day we didn't cross paths until it was getting late. Crystal has to move into my room tonight after dinner.

It was time for dinner and the last time we had to speak about the deal before she got into action.

“Your part of the deal starts tonight.” Crystal heart skipped when she heard what I said. It seemed easier when she agreed but now she's not sure her decision was a good one.

She didn't say anything to me Instead she kept mute and picked a glass filled with water and gulped it.

“I don't think I remember clearly what it is.” Her reply came as a shock to me, did she use me?
