The last thing I remember is that thing crushing my windpipe.
I felt a jolt and I hit the ground , then black out.
Suddenly I was at Lycaon and it was my 5th birthday. “Why am I seeing this?”
‘It must have been important.’ I heard a gravelly voice say.
“Who said that?” I asked, looking around.
Then I remembered this was the birthday I met Lucy. I saw my young self and little Luce. I think this was the only time I remember seeing her natural pitch black hair. The voice was right. Meeting Luce is one of the best things that could have happened to me. She’s my little sister
and my best fiend.
I kneeled in front of little Luce and for a moment I think she saw me.
Then the vision vanished and turned pitch black.
