AJ's POV It hadn't been easy to cross the gap to my mate. It had been brave of me to do, because I was afraid to get close to someone again. I just wish I could have taken credit for it. Rather, it had been the urgings of my wolf which carried me forward. It was her bravery, not mine, which had placed me in Maxx's arms. It was a comfortable place to be, don't get me wrong.
