“These Indian guys I hooked up with, Dude—they were bad people. That wasn’t apparent in the beginning. They were fun, loved to laugh, and seemed to be just regular guys who happened to have a lot of disposable cash. I assumed they had a hustle going, maybe drugs, maybe something more sophisticated. I was right and wrong at the same time. As it turned out, their money came from a dozen different operations. They owned a string of prostitutes. They handled stolen credit cards, they moved dope, at different times massive amounts of counterfeit money passed through their hands.
