Writing—and re-living—all that about Julie Patchouli left me drained and dredged up a lot of memories I have been dealing with since my last installment of this tale. On some level, I’m sure it is somehow therapeutic to get all of this out and re-examine it from the distance of the time that has passed. On another level, it has not been easy. I miss that girl.
