Chapter Eighteen Life is Good In the summer of 1995, Milt told Art and Leetia that he and Esther wanted to live full-time in Hawai‘i, and that they wanted Art and Leetia to move into the house at Esther Bay and make it their own. Esther really needed to spend her time in a warmer climate because the cold made her arthritis painful. Art and Leetia shipped all of Milt and Esther’s personal items to Hawai‘i then flew down to help put it all away and arrange things in their Hawai‘i home.
