I Think I have Your Man
Gun-ho made it back to Herschel with the packs just as one of the Black Hawks hovered so they could board. The other Black Hawk remained aloft to watch for trouble.
Gun-ho helped Herschel onto the helicopter. “Hey, try not to fall out this time.” Herschel just smiled.

Gun-ho’s deployment ended two weeks later. Herschel went to Germany to get healed up. Gun-ho and the rest of the platoon arrived back at Pearl Harbor late on the 15th of February. The next morning, he received word that Commander Flynn wanted to see him at 1000. He walked into the commander’s building right on time.
“Good Morning, Jenny. I’m here to see Commander Flynn.”
“Welcome home, Seaman Jackson. The commander is expecting you.”
