Chapter Fourteen Fate Provides a Meeting Three years skipped by since Art stepped off the plane in Dutch Harbor. Art and his uncle began implementing their continuity plan. Art jumped right in and learned quickly. He’d passed his test to become a skipper, and the crews respected him and his leadership. Art received a letter from his SEAL team commander letting him know that Kenny Creighton, one of the men injured on Art’s first mission, never really recovered due to a permanent brain injury.
