“Hey, you two,” Larry called out several minutes later, “are you going to stand there all day? I could use your considered opinion about something.”
Philip stepped out of Adam’s embrace reluctantly. “Guess we’ve been summoned,” he said with a wry chuckle.
Adam nodded. “We could always ignore him and hope he goes away.”
“I seriously doubt that’s an option considering where we are, so let’s go see what the problem is.”
As they joined Larry on the porch, the werewolf muttered something about young love, recanting when both men glared at him. “Okay, so I’ve been around a bit longer than both of you put together, but I do remember what it was like. Anyway,” he pushed open the front door, “come inside and tell me what you think.”
