Philip opened his eyes and saw Adam hovering over him. “Not sure I want to be, right now,” he replied. He ached all over and his face felt like he had the sunburn to end all sunburns. “I take it we won?”
“We did, thanks to Adam,” Larry replied from across the living room. “If he hadn’t said what he did…”
