Liberty rushed to the source of the voice. It sounded between a wail and a sob that was almost too painful to hear. Whoever was letting out the said sound was either suffering or dying. And the worst thing is, Liberty knew exactly who he was. “M-maru!” He screamed before jogging towards the elder demon who lay almost lifeless on the flooding, at the farthest corner of the library.
