‘No way in Hell am I allowing a runaway at my home…’ Felix thought to himself as he sighed. “Sorry kid, you should just go back to your parents…” He said and attempted to leave but the boy’s words stopped him.
“I can’t go back…” It was obvious the boy wasn’t planning on returning nor saying the reason for his decision.
“How’s that my problem? You’re a kid and a kid should be with their parents.” Felix turned around to scold the boy. “So go back.”
“Let me stay…” The boy continued to persist.
