*Jace* I had fully intended on returning home without Stella knowing, that is, until I felt her overwhelming sorrow. It was enough to bring me to my knees, and steal the breath from within my lungs. Something happened, something that required me to be by her side. I forgot everything else, focused solely on Stella and returning home to her. Adam didn't ask any questions along the way, he only followed closely behind. Which told me, he sensed something odd about Sienna too. I didn't waste my time with mindlinking her to find out, instead I focused on getting back as fast as my legs could take me.
