*Jace* I heard Ma and Noko talking down the hall, following their voices to inside my office. When I walked into the room, they both stopped talking briefly, until I shut the door. I already knew they were discussing Stella, what her and Noko saw in their vision together. Noko was looking into Stella's past, trying to decipher if Stella was a pure human or not. "What did you see?" I asked immediately, wasting no time. "Sit down, son." Ma sternly suggested, and I did. "I was able to look all the way back to when Stella was conceived by her parents..." Noko muttered, "Her biological father is not the man that raised her. In fact, her biological father was an Alpha werewolf." "What happened to him?" I asked, feeling my chest tighten with shock.
