I wake up to the sound of keys jingling together, and I peel my eyes open to sit up but immediately groan out loud when I feel an immense amount of ache fill my head. My hands, legs, and entire body throbbed with intense pain as I winced and forced myself to sit up. I instantly squished my nose together as the air of mold, decay, and desperation flowed into my lungs, making me look around. Everywhere was dark, but through an illuminated display of light bulb rays, I could see metal bars like the form of a cage around me. My eyes adjusted slowly to the dim light, and I could see the inside of the cage filled with littered, filthy straws.
