*Arian's POV*
The inside of the apartments was surprisingly intact - the rooms and furniture were covered in dust and cobwebs, and some shelves and objects had fallen and scattered on the ground. Each unit was in utter chaos, but not enough that the roof would collapse over us.
Raymond and his side buddy were thrown into the font lobby of the apartment behind the cracked reception desk. Pine tied their hands behind their backs and their ankles with the rope I'd brought from Ari's cell. The thought of her still nagged the back of my head. I should check her cell again.
"Release us or we'll sue you!" Snappy Guy yelled. Raymond curled into a ball, sliding as far away from us a possible. "How dare—"
I stuffed a gag into his mouth and he thrashed with muffled shouts
