  “What am I going to do about it?” Kol asked in confusion before realization dawned on him. “The lawyer. He called you.”?   “No, he came here earlier this afternoon to see you, but you weren’t around. He came to drop some documents,” She said reaching towards a folder on the top of her bedside table, “He needs you to sign them.”?   She turned to face him, a tired look on her ghostly pale face. Her beautiful, soft brown eyes that always shone with happiness were now red and bore intense hurt and sadness in them.   His heart broke at the condition of his mother, and he wished his father was still alive to suffer for it.?   “Mum, have you been crying?” He asked although knowing the answer to it.
