“I look forward to doing business with you,” Kol held a wine glass to the man in front of him.
“Same here,” The man said. They both clinked their glasses together, before drinking the wine in one chug.
Kol dropped his empty glass on an empty table, “If you’ll excuse you, I will be taking my leave now,” he said. The man nodded and Kol made his way back to where he had left Autumn in high spirits.
“Kol Marion,” a woman squealed, “Fancy coming across you here. You know, I heard you weren’t coming but here you are. I’m so glad I came,” she giggled.
Kol smiled uncomfortably, “Nice to meet you… umm…” he trailed off not knowing her name.
“Vanessa,” she giggled.
“Nice to meet you, Vanessa,” he said before quickly adding, “Do you happen to know a lady called Autumn?” he asked.
