General Razdar Bahadur nodded to the security tech and stepped away. He watched on the screen as the Marastin Dow Edge military spacecraft entered the planet’s orbit. He looked up when Zebulon, a Valdier warrior and head of security for Prince Mandra Reykill of the Valdier Royal family, stepped next to him.
“You are sure about your intel, Zebulon?” Razdar inquired.
Zebulon nodded. “The ship was on Kardosa and departed from the same sector as the killing. I had one of our inspectors place a tracking device on the ship. Footage from the vidcom identified the woman as Akita Maradash, General Reynar Maradash’s sister and a known assassin that he employs. The dead man was a Triloug assassin named He’lo. The Docking Controller identified an injured woman as Captain Raia Glossman. She is human.
