CHAPTER 11

Sky's POV

It all makes sense now. She's barely at the office almost as though she doesn't need to be.

I feel stupid because she clearly doesn't need a secretary. Urghhhh I hate people. Why me? Why would they want little old me to be their sub?

I don't even know if I like that kind of stuff. I was turned on when she grabbed my neck.

What am you thinking Skylar?

Her wife could be some stuck up b***h that's just doing this to please her and then be mean to me when no one's around.

Before I knew it I was walking back to the club. I didn't bother getting anything to eat because I won't finish it while I'm overthinking.

No use in wasting money now I'll have to quit the only job I was able to get in months.

So much for moving out and paying for my tuition so I can go back to college.

As I'm heading back to office I see a familiar car parked outside. No way I thought she won't be here ignoring that nagging feeling in the back of my head I go straight to the office.

As soon as I entered the office I see Ms. Lincoln behind her deck with her arms folded as if she was waiting for someone. Shaking my thoughts out of my head I started to speak.

"So I think I should quit seeing that I was hired under false pretenses."

I sat down on one of the chairs not asking permission for once I know it will irritate her.

It's so easy to both please and piss a dom off I smirked as I got the reaction I wanted.

"How about we just tell you the truth..." I spun around so fast not realizing there was someone else here.

"And then maybe we can all come to an appropriate conclusion that suits all of our needs"

I stand up almost falling flat on my face but I didn't stop to ponder on that.

"The gorgeous lady from Starbucks I knew that was you car outside."

I slapped my hand over my mouth as the room filled with laughter.

She started walking towards me.

"So that's what you call me the gorgeous lady from Starbucks......a little lengthy isn't it?"

She tilts her head with a smile of her face.

God she's beautiful!!!

"Thank you" she smiled putting my hair behind my ears I think my eyes rolled in my head.

"You're beautiful as well Sky"

I got goosebumps as she spoke my name I can feel her breath on my face.

God I can't think straight.

"Oh sorry for invading your personal space sorry" she stepped back and I wanted to tell her not too.

Wait why am I talking out loud.

"Maybe we should start over. Hi my name is Kayden Black-Lincoln. This gorgeous specimen right here is my wife Khadijah Lincoln.

Together we own two ancient billion dollars company plus our own personal businesses.

She's a dominant woman while I'm a switch meaning I am or can be both dominant and submissive.

Though we love each other and our relationship works very well there's still something missing."

"Or rather someone." Ms. I mean Mrs. Lincoln added.

"Right so after we came to that conclusion we started on our search but we keep getting money hungry women.

So when I bumped in to you at Starbucks.... accidentally I might add.

My wife decided to look into you because I've never paid attention to any other woman besides her since the day we met.

After so many women tried to play us we were cautious after seeing your father's finances and your stepmother's spending habits.

Which nothing is wrong with having high standards it's just she's spending more than what coming in which is a red flag.

So my wife and I decided to have you work here so we can get to know you and not a piece of paper.

And it just so happens you were looking for a job as well so it was a win win situation."

"When you heard me on the phone I was talking to Kayden about telling you the truth about everything. Reason being somewhere along the lines we already started referring to you as 'ours' which isn't right because we haven't gotten your permission on anything other than employee/employer relationship."

"So as you went on lunch we came up with a proposal for you."

"Give us a chance.....please. Just getting to know us at least and in return we will help you get back your mother's estate and the money she left for your college and the two businesses that will crash if your father continue on his part of destruction."

"And we have a pool house that's big enough for a two bedroom apartment for you to stay while we sort everything out."

"B..b....b....bu.....but I don't have any money for college my mother died before she can make a proper deed."

"Actually my wife have an annoying habit of not letting things go."

"It's a blessing and a curse" Mrs. Lincoln added with a smirk.

Kayden laughed, "Indeed it is! So we found out that your father wife is spending both his money and your monthly allowance that was arranged by your mother from since your birth for college."

"And all it seems as though they were together before your father married your mother.

Not exactly sure what went on there but I do have my suspicions. So your family's lawyers don't know what's going on because there's clearly one of them benefiting from this scam."

"Wait wait wait my mother had this done since my birth? But my father said......"

"Skylar your mother didn't just leave an allowance for you....she left everything for you. Thank God she was smart enough to lock most of it away until you 25th birthday otherwise that woman would've burn through everything. Your mother was a really smart woman she prepared for everything."

"So with that being said our proposal is we help you get what's rightfully yours and in return you just get to know us and allow us to spoil you."

"And if by time 6 months you're not interested you want to leave, we'll let you go."

"So what do you say?"

"I.....I.....I.....I don't know!!"

"That's fine I think we have overloaded you with information you can go home get some rest then let us know what's your decision when you're ready."

"You know how to reach us"

I didn't even realize how close they were till the both kiss me on each of my cheeks. One hand was rubbing my back soothingly while the other my shoulder. I have to get out of here was my last thought as everything went black.
