Ethan's POV I was jolted awake by a thunderclap that rattled the windows. Rubbing my tired eyes, I pushed myself out of bed and hurried to close the open window. The cold air from the storm sent a shiver down my spine, and my heart raced with each rapid rumble of thunder. Looking out at the fierce weather, my mood sank. With a sigh, I threw on my jacket and pants and made my way to the bathroom to freshen up. As soon as I entered, I found Alissa washing her face at the sink.
