Maria's nurse arrived at her room only to find her convulsing on bed . It was while she was administering some first aid that she realized that she was not only vomiting , but she was also experiencing some slight bleeding .
" What happened ?" The nurse asked the maid who had served her the tea .
" I don't know ! She just took a sip of this tea and said that it was tasting strange ," the maid said , in fear that she would be blamed for making bad tea . " About two minutes later , she started hiccuping , saying that her stomach was cramping ."
" Come over here and support her head ! Wait for me while I inform his Majesty !" She said , running out of the room .
The nurse almost collided with Mrs. Kane along the corridor .
" Watch out ! Are your eyes on the back , or what ?" Reprimanded
