Writer's POV
It was less than thirty minutes drive to the temple. No matter how many times she has seen it, Nine is still in love with the structure. She stepped out of the car with Isaiah.
"Thank you" she said.
"You're welcome. Be careful" he said to her.
"High priest! It's time to welcome the guardian in!" One of the female priest ran to Isaiah.
"Okay, I'll be there" he replied and faced Nine again.
"Don't worry, I'll be fine" she said to him. He nodded and went into the temple.
Again! Nine could feel that satisfied and comfortable feeling. It was just as she felt the last time she came here.
She adjusted her shirt and slowly walked to the second compound where all the priests and non priests bowed to Leah. She smiled.
"Thank you for having me, I'll be in your care now"
