NICKOLAI'S POV
"Is there anyone else out there?" I yelled at the top of my voice, the anger piling up in me, making me sick down to very bits even when it had not seemed like I had done anything plausible, but I knew the truth. Something was wrong.
A guard came in, running as fast as he could.
"You called for help, your highness?" He asked, andI nodded.
"Fetch me, alpha Zachary, and tell him his heart better be almost out of his chesst by the time he gets here from fear and the run." I explained to the guard, who understood what I meant and stuck to his feet hastily as well.
Seconds after I heard the tapping of feet approach me, the door was pushed open, and I frowned on my deep end.
"Leave us!" I ordered the guard, who struck his face once again, to hurry out the door.
