Sam I arrive at the shop two hours before the meeting starts. The space is already set up—chairs in a circle, water bottles on the table, the overhead lights dimmed just enough to feel less institutional. Knox helped me arrange everything yesterday, but I walk the circle anyway, adjusting chairs that don't need adjusting. It's become a ritual. This quiet time before everyone arrives.
