Girlfriends
The week wore on and Jamie was back at work. He had moved Donna’s desk into his office. Now they shared an office as equals. They pushed their desks together and every day they bounced ideas back and forth and found two heads were better than one. A real friendship was blossoming. Jamie’s TW app chimed. “Lunch hour waxing boutique appointment 12:10.” Donna noticed a tentative look on Jamie’s face as he read the text. “What’s up you look distracted?” asked Donna. “I need to cancel our lunch date.
