I know I shouldn’t do what I’m about to do. I know that Caleb will be pissed at me, but I cannot, no, I will not let others put themselves in danger for something that has to do with me personally. I knew that Thad had an unhealthy pull towards me. I could see it in his eyes every time we were together. My only response to it is I was in love with him. The dreams we had built together was magical. Now when I look back at it, that was all it was. A crush I had with him and how our dreams together made me feel special. What I feel for Caleb is so much brighter and bigger than anything I have ever felt for Thad. I have to do this to keep my pack and family safe. I am an Alpha; it is my job to do so.
