The Process(3)

Rika's eyes widened when he saw a red ball in the hand of Kevin but he soon hides his expression behind a sweet smile. 

Kevin remove the piece of cloth from his eyes and looked over the ball he was holding. The red color of the ball was pulling Kevin toward it and making him feel dizzy. And without any warning, the ball went inside Kevin itself placing it on the forehead. While the process, there was an eye-blinding glow coming from Kevin. 

Everyone looked at Kevin, with a surprised expression. Their balls were still on their hand while going nothing on. To break everyone's attention toward Kevin, Rika clapped his hand and floated in the air with his magic. 

"Wow, I didn't know there was someone who knew how to use the ball" Rika smiled while rounding around Kevin. 

Kevin with the dumbfounded look trying to figure out what just happened now and how did the ball enter inside him. Kevin looked at Rika, "but-"

Rika cut down in the middle of Kevin dialogue and he turned over the other souls," please placed the ball on one of your body parts" 

Everyone did as Rika told and soon the hall filled with glowing different lights. Kevin understand the reason why there was light. "Oh so, the balls exactly mean to put inside our body. So, there must not be a big reason about my ball" Kevin thought. 

After the process is half-finished, the young ladies stepped forward with the tiny containers of clear water. They handed one to everyone's hand. 

"Please drink it before entering the portal" they smiled sweetly.

Everyone drink the clear water from the container and lined up. Kevin was going to drink but he senses something was making him uncomfortable and stopping him from drinking. Kevin looked around and saw Rika staring at him intensely.

Their eyes meet and Rika grinned. Kevin quickly close the container cap and turned his head. Kevin was standing at last in the line. He continues watching the other souls walking inside the portal one by one. 

When it's was Kevin turn to enter, he was stopped by the young ladies. "Dear, can you step backward for a minute," the young ladies said in a seductive voice. 

When Kevin was standing outside of the portal not knowing what's going on. He was getting nervous and many questions filled his mind, "I am allowed to be reborn or there is so mistake?" Kevin was deep in his thought and he didn't realize when the new two figures stand beside him. 

"So, he is the guy?"

"Oh my his luck seems good"

"How can his luck be good when had pitiful life"

"He has good luck because he gets a chance to meet me"

"Oh, that means his new life is going to be more miserable than before"

"Shut up"

The screams of voices startled Kevin and made him realized he was surrounded by two new figures. They are shining like a star even though they were quarreling and they were spreading different aura. 

Kevin moved his steps backward slowly having no idea what's going on. He thought of leaving or moving quietly than involving him with them but unfortunately, the plan of escape failed. 

"Where are you going little one" Kevin was caught up by the lady, who was wearing everything dark red from top to bottom. She had an alluring charming appearance with the perfect face and body. Even the atmosphere around her was spreading like a red and sparkling. 

"You are going to scare him" another figure who was looking scary but had a different level of charm. He was tall and huge-built. His gaze was cold as ice filled with proudness and pride but his gaze was really scary. 

Kevin never felt this terrified or sweat even though dealing with the top gang leaders on earth but the cold gaze and the frightening aura coming from the male figure were saying him to run away. 

"Jeez if you keep releasing your aura, he will die even before reincarnation" Rika slapped both on their head with the paper. 

"Don't mind them, they are some annoying bugs trying to interfere with my business" Rika helped Kevin to calm down. 

"Oh. I see" Kevin felt relief as soon as he saw Rika. 

"What do you mean by the bug" the lady screamed, "I'm the prettiest person in three realms and I look like a bug to you".

"Yap, you are a bug" Rika replied in an annoying tone, "anyway what you guys are doing here instead of working" 

"We sense something interesting here" the male figure. 

"Nothing going on here. Shoo shoo from here" Rika gets a bit flustered.

"Don't hide you little brat, we can see what's going on here" the lady speaks in a playful tone. 

Kevin who was behind the Rika watched the three figures discussing quietly and he soon started to get annoyed. "Will you please stop and let me go through the portal?" Somehow Kevin was feeling irritated looking at them. 

"Oh my, look how furious he is" the lady chuckled "stop you too and let's not show the mischievous manner toward him. We should put our first impression as a good God" the other two stopped and start to show their perfect look. 

"Yaya, what an impression," Kevin thought.

"Ahem, let me introduce you myself" the lady stepped forward and continue speaking dramatically. The lady whisper in Kevin's ear, "I am God of Seductive, Scarlet". 

Suddenly Kevin's ears turned red and his heart throbbed fast as he seems to get attracted toward her.

The male pulled Scarlet away from Kevin, "will you stop doing these dirty tricks" 

"This is not any dirty trick. It's my divine power" Scarlet groaned. 

"I agree with Ducan" Rika added. 

"Stop you two" Scarlet walked aways while stomping her leg on the ground with anger. 

"Don't worry about her, she will be fine in a few minutes" Rika turned over to Kevin. 

"Oh…okay" Kevin was back to calm and was getting a little annoyed and nervous with the current situation. 

"Well, he is God of War, Duncan," Rika said while poking on Duncan's shoulder. 

"It's better not to mess with him, he has great strength and strongest but empties on the brain" Rika whispered toward Kevin.

"I can hear you," Duncan said in loud voice.

"Jeez" 

"Well, when I would be able to enter the portal?" Kevin asked again looking at three gods. 

"You will soon but let us give you something," Rika.

"What?" 

"Oh my~ finally it's time" Scarlet was already fine and full of energy. 

"Hold on. What you guys are saying?" 

"Let me explain for you" Duncan stepped forward pushing Rika and Scarlet aside.

"The ball your body absorbed is something rare. Not every soul gets a chance to find the red ball from the more than millions of balls."

"So?" Kevin looked at Duncan with curious eyes. 

"Ahem, we can't say anything more than this but you will get some power or skills from the gods who wanted to give you" Rika interferes in the middle.

"So, if the red ball is rare then won't I have already the power or skills or whatever" Kevin crossed his arm. 

"Yes you will but you will get extra skills or power if the gods wanted to give you" Rika responds in a gentle voice.

"So, that's why the God of seductive and Gods of War are here" Rika added while sighing.   

"We would like to give you some skills do you wish to accept?" Both of them said in one voice. 

"Wait wait, let me digest the words first. You said I picked up something rare and because of that I will get extra skills from you three?" 

"Yes, you are correct," Rika, Scarlet, and Duncan at once. 

"So, what kind of skill or power I will get from you. Besides the God of war, I don't find the two of your skill will be great and useful" 

"What….?" Rika and Scarlet were surprised and felt upset after hearing Kevin while Duncan was standing proudly and feeling almighty. 

"We have good skills too" Scarlet walked around Kevin, " with my skill, you can seduce anyone you want and made them fall for you" 

"No need," Kevin said directly. This made Scarlet cracked from inside and fall on the ground making a big sound thump.  

"Well, mine is interesting and useful than her," Rika smiled. "With my power, you can see your opponent's lifeline or health line" 

"This one is good" while fighting or dealing with anyone it's great if I can see their lifeline, Kevin thought. 

"And it's my turn" Duncan stepped forward. "With my power and skills, you can simply see the opposite opponent's abilities and strength"

"Okay I am accepting both of your power," Kevin said instant.

"Please accept mine too" Scarlet hold Kevin's leg and started sobbing like a kid.

"I won't leave you until you say okay" 

Kevin couldn't win over the scarlet and agree to accept her power too. 

Soon, the three gods surround Kevin and put their hands on Kevin's shoulder. They chanted some spells and Kevin's body started to float in the air with the three different colors of glow, golden, red, and black. 

Kevin felt warm whenever the lights enter inside him. He can sense the light blending and shaping into a small figure and them settling on his heart.

When he opens his eyelid, he can feel his body with overwhelming powers. 

"Now you are ready to walk in the portal" Rika and others good smiled at Kevin. 

"Umm, should I have to drink this clear water?" Kevin showed the container. 

"No, that's to remove memory from your past life. But you can drink if you want" Rika grinned. 

"No, don't drink," Scarlet snatches the container from Kevin's hand. "It's for low souls not for you" Scarlet winked as she does some weird pose. 

"Holy..cow…" Kevin swears in mind. 

"Disgusting" Duncan pushed Scarlet away. And Duncan and Scarlet started their inner war. 

"Forget them, are you ready to leave  Kevin?" Rika smiled. Rika was having fun with Kevin and soon he has to send him away. He was feeling like a newborn who lost his favorite toy. 

"Yes, I am ready and I am seriously grateful to meet you all and to get a second chance" Kevin " Kevin simply smiles with no excitement and happiness showing in his eyes. However, his voice was showing honesty and sincerity from the deep of his heart. 

Rika, Duncan, and Scarlet smiled feeling satisfy and pushed Kevin inside the portal. "We hope this time you have a good life" all of them whispered. 

Rika closed the entrance of the portal.
