Third Person POV She wasn’t getting any better. Even with the various machines, pumping blood into her, food, and liquids, she was slowly wasting away, her small cries indicating that the pain relief that Dr Sturgis fastidiously gave her was having little to no effect. Her skin continued to burn hot and cold, dark circles appearing under her eyes, despite the fact she was sleeping. He could see the pallor of her skin, so pale now it was almost translucent.
