Third Person POV The mood in the castle was somber. Lucian was fuming and his parents were angry at the carelessness of the guards. A search of the grounds had proved to be useless and Rosalie was nowhere in the castle itself. As the hours passed, Lucian retreated further and further inside of himself while his mother Queen Isabelle watched from a distance, feeling wretched that she couldn't do anything to comfort him. Lucian would never accept her hugs or gentle words and she couldn't blame him. They had failed him. Hiw own people had failed him. He had finally found a girl he professed to love and she had been kidnapped under their bloody noses.
