"Erm...," Summer scratched her head. "... There was never any need for a home checkup. I filled your file myself and lied to Babs that it would be necessary to send a checkup nurse. I was hoping to volunteer to do it since it would get me closer to you"
Desmond's mouth dropped open in shock. "You did that?"
She nodded sheepishly. "When the doctor told me I would be the one handling the checkup, I was ecstatic. I thought maybe it was fate bringing us together. I didn't realize you also had some backyard deals"
Desmond looked at her incredulously then laughed. "I'm happy I confessed else I wouldn't have heard yours"
"I guess we are both criminals then"
He walked to where she sat and planted a kiss on her forehead. "I'm glad we did since it brought us together"
