Leonard's POV
I spent all night thinking about what to do and couldn't come up with anything. I just needed my wife back safe and sound.
“We are here boss, you called for us” I heard Vance say behind me. I had my back turned to the door as I looked outside my office. I sent for Vance and Stone to let them inform them about the changes. I turned my chair to face them.
“I called you both to let you know there's a change in plans, we won't be going with troops”. I watched their expressions change from neutral to confused.
“I'll be going with only two guards, and that's Willy and Stone” I said, and you could tell Vance was not having it. He took a step forward to object, but I lifted my hand immediately.
“That's what I have to do if I want to get Valerie out alive.” I told them.
