Early the next day as I opened my eyes, a text message popped up on my phone. I swiped my phone open and checked the message, it was from Raton’s grandfather. The old man wanted to have a meeting with me.
I tapped on the message and deleted it. I didn’t want to have a discussion with him. It was time to build myself.
Raton whom I thought was different was nowhere to be found, while Jules kept pestering me but I wasn’t ready to give in.
Last night, he almost kissed me again. His hands had gently trailed down my hair, his face moving closer, his calm breath fanning my skin. For a second, I remained frozen in that place, my heart racing at a fast pace, my entire body suffering from confusion.
