“The man that just bumped into me, he said something before he left,” I said, turning towards Raton, my trembling hands clutching the note they had dropped earlier.
Raton’s eyes widened in surprise. “I thought he had just bumped into you, tell me, what did he say?” He asked, leaning closer.
I hesitated but finally spoke up. “Maybe too late now.”
