Valerie’s POV I dropped the documents on his table and left his house. He didn’t think he was going to manipulate me to sign that again. Jules tried to follow me outside but he stopped at the door, watching me as I made every step. Before I left the house, Jules had offered to drive me home. But I couldn’t accept it, I had to go home myself, especially when I had deliberately ignored several calls from Raton.
