Valerie's POV “When will you agree to marry my son?” Raton’s grandfather’s face appeared in front of me. “I…” Before I could respond, one of the guards tapped me, shaking at the thought. It was just an illusion from my past encounter with him. Before I entered the mansion, I took a deep breath, standing in front of the entrance door. The familiar scent from the house welcomed me, my eyes scanned the new interiors, the new golden chandeliers, and the giant curtains preventing the rays from the sun.
