It was hell trying to hail a cab back to the motel, so Uche and Uduka got directions on how to catch the bus back where they resided from an old wino begging for change to get a drink. Uduka stood behind his brother as he paid for both of their fares. He took in the full scope of the interior and saw that it crowded. There wasn’t a place to sit so they’d definitely have to stand up on their ride back home. They made their way through the maze of bodies, taking in the stuffy air and the smells of the riders, some rancid, others not so much.
