My parents got up very early and were sitting at the table, engrossed in playing with their mobile phones. There was also steaming hot white porridge and side dishes on the table.

Aji and I sat at the table, each filled a bowl of white porridge, and ate it with relish along with the side dishes.

I glanced at the temperature on the wall. The room temperature was still 26 degrees Celsius and the air conditioner was operating normally. Although the floor heating hadn't come yet, fortunately, the electricity hadn't been cut off.

After the meal, despite our dissuasion, Mom and Dad got dressed and went for a walk in the neighborhood.

Aji and I looked at each other helplessly and smiled. Our parents lived more vigorously than us.

My parents also resumed work and went to work from nine to five as usual. The days were plain and comfortable.

Running became a tradition in our family. We all cherished the time for the walk because we didn't know which day we wouldn't be able to go out anymore.

Today was the fifth day and the snow finally stopped. The temperature in the villa stabilized at 28 degrees Celsius. The heating effect this year was really good.
