I can't believe we never realized that we were in the werewolf realm. I am not upset or scared by this revelation, just shocked.
"How are you feeling?" The one on the left asks, and I note genuine concern on his face.
I answer honestly before I can help myself. I feel so comfortable around them.
"My body feels a little achy, and I have a slight headache from when I hit the ground earlier. Well, I assume it was earlier. How long was I out?" I ask, and suddenly I think about my family! They have to be worried!
"Just a few hours." The one on the left says, and he still looks like the only thing on his mind is my wellbeing for some reason.
