Nia has been in touch with her family. Her mother was overjoyed that she was alive and well.
Her mother definitely had questions about her daughter having 3 mates, but we invited her to come see the pack and ask whatever questions she has.
So, her whole family is coming as soon as the storm passes and the roads are clear, which seems to please our little mate.
Jordan went to get Nia something to eat, so just she and I are left in the room.
We are sitting in a comfortable silence.
I get up from the armchair that I am sitting in, located in the corner of the room, and I pick it up and move it closer to Nia's bed.
She doesn't say anything, but I can feel her eyes on me the entire time I am moving.
Once I am satisfied with how close my chair is to her bed, I
