1—House on fire

Offing the ignition, Maggie and Clara stopped some distance away at the sight of fire on top of the TGC storeys in which their apppartment is located on the fifth and last storey.

"Oh my God !!!", Clara exclaimed

"What the heck am I seeing", Maggie said

" This is obviously not an accident", Clara said

" Those damn niggas", she muttered and loaded a pistol she picked and stormed out

"Yeh, gees chill...where you going ?", Clara asked after opening the door to speak to her heated sister

" I'm gonna save my baby,not sitting there to watch her die", she answered while walking away as if on air.

"Ohh...", Clara said dumbfounded for some seconds and looked around to be sure people weren't watching. Then she bent into the car loaded her g*n and packed bullets while speaking to herself

" Gosh,gosh,gooosshh, just didn't see dis coming "

Maggie on the fifth storey towards her apartment, seeing some gangsters picking bags from the opposite room. She removed her g*n and they started exchanging bullets, she kicked forward a wood while behind the pillar and rolled sideways to her room door.

"Mama !!", Her baby exclaimed with teary eyes while shivering

" Oh my baby ", she replied hugging her and quickly stood up to pick somethings leaving her baby at the door

" I was scared, just heard g*n shoots and all of a sudden there was fire and they were moving really fast"

"Don't worry we'll soon be out of here", she replied

And then a mighty log of wood with flames fell in their midst thereby separating them

" Mama !!!!", her daughter screamed while trying to come closer

"Noo,just run I'll follow ", she replied and the girl started running

She hannged her bag while holding another bag, ran in and over the fire to get to the other side and started running

" Pahhh !!!!!!!", the heavy sound of a bullet on Maggie's back

"Noooo !!!!", her daughter shouted with tears and ran left

Clara went to the back door down while hearing siren and was wishing she'll see some idiots to waste as she was waiting. Then she saw her niece running out and she caught her with an embrace.

" What of your mum ? ", she asked

Heavy sobs from as she couldn't speak

" Alright let's go ", Clara replied and started running while taking her hand . They got to the car on arrival of the police and firemen

" Its alright you'll be fine, let's get out of here ", she said to the weeping girl

Pulled the car over and sped off

After ten or more minutes of roaming about, Clara stopped at a quiet scenery in front of a building.

" Alright baby girl, enough of it !!", Clara flickered and the little girl rose her head

"Fine,fine I'm sorry.... should have asked earlier but....", She paused

"What happened to mama ?" Clara asked

"I__I don't know, but a log separated us and she told me to keep running and__And I heard a gunshot but i couldn't stand it so I ran", She replied

" Gosh ",Clara said and bent her head on the stirring

" So she was shot ?", Clara asked rhetorically

And little Maggie began sobbing quietly on the realization of a truth she refused to accept

"Its okay,its okay, it'll be fine", Clara said and took her in a warm embrace for some seconds . She rose her head and saw, " STOKES LOGDE "
