Mikkos is furious that Aphro won't answer any of his phone calls, nor has she called him back. He has many questions that need to be answered. He is watching the royal army train and shakes his head; "They are good, but I don't believe any of them are as good as my daughter. I hate to admit it, but Andromeda may be a better fighter than I. I know she's a hell of a lot stronger than I am. "
A woman walks over to him. "Your Highness, the Queen is asking to speak with you."
His head snaps, "Have I told you all to refer to Dorian as Luna, not the queen. Do not let me tell you again. As for her speaking with me, tell her I'm busy and don't have time to listen to her nonsense. That's why I blocked her. "
The woman bows and quickly runs toward the palace.
"She'll never be known as queen; if she hadn't given me a son, she wouldn't be here. Queen, my ass." He looks at the balcony where Dorian is. Your qualities are and will alway be Luna and nothing more. Queen never." He tells her through their links, then blocks her again.
Adhir joins him and glances at Dorian, who seems to be talking to herself. "What has that woman talking to herself this time?"
"Her ass tried to pull she's the queen card again. Something that was said in that nightmare has me puzzled. Don't say anything until I'm finished. These are the exact words. You lying piece of s**t. How dare you treat our daughter as if she weren’t of your blood? If it weren’t for her, I would have let you rusty ass die. You uphold the jerks who want to harm you but treat Andromeada as if she’s an outsider. You’ll pay for this." Mikkos looks at Adhir.
"Damn, what is it you don't understand. Or is it that you don't want to believe it? Whoever is trying to kill you is here right under our noses. I know you block Dorian out all the time. After hearing that, I suggest you unblock her ass. She may be your true mate, but we know that you don't love her. Id I didn't know better, I would think that Aphro' was the person in that dream."
"I thought it was my beautiful Aphro." Mikkos nods, thinking, then says, "Aphro is avoiding me. She won't answer my call or my texts. I've left so many messages that her voicemail is full."
"After that stupid stunt you pulled with her daughter, did you really think she would talk to you? Please say you didn't." Adhir chuckles, "You thought she would overlook you trying to kill her daughter. I'm shocked as hell she hasn't come here."
"Killing was never on the plan. I only wanted to teach her a lesson." Mikkos sits down on a bench.
Adhir looks at the balcony where Dorian and Brandon are. "It might not have been your plan buit it sure was someone else's plan."
"I must talk to Aphro. She has a lot of explaining to do." Mikkos looks around the yard. "I mean a lot." He's wondering id she has moved back to her house he bought her. That's the first place he'll look.
Dorian is fussing because Mikkos still won't recognize her as the queen. Brandon tells her not to let small matters worry her. Soon, they will have everything they want, including the throne.
She's beginning to have her doubts about Mikkos's health conditions. She, like Brandon, thought Mikkos would be dead by now. Dorian's wondering why he hasn't yet. She keeps making up lies to Brandon, hoping that it will make him stop bringing up the incident.
Brandon tells her about his visit with Alaric. Something seems different, especially. He knows for sure that Alaric doesn't like the tournament. That was one thing he was very outspoken about.
Dorian says she heard that none of the Alphas approve of it. But for him not to be concerned about it. When he's king, they will all bow down to him. That's all that matters. She's watching Mikkos. He and Adhir are walking toward the back gate. "Where is he running off to?'
Brandon looks at his father. "Who knows. A better question is who cares?"

Andromeada is on the patio, relaxing and planning her next move. This time, whatever it is, it has to be something that will make their mouths drop. More than it already has. After that, she'll make an appointment to see her mate.
Cheetara is lying in a kiddie pool filled with water. Then she looked at the house, right before the doorbell rang.
Andromeada is already entering the house, "I should have known he would come here." She opens the door, looking at a 6'3" hand man with blue eyes and long dark brown hair with a decathlete-like physique. "What brings you to Minneapolis?"
"After hearing what that bastard and his two trolls did that day, did you think I would stay away? I knew you would move in. To be close to the enemies. So I'm here to check on you and see if you needed any help. After all, that's one of the things uncles do."
She hugs him, "Uncle Hercules, it's always good to see you. Since you're here, I'm sure my mother has also told you that my mate is here, and I haven't introduced myself to him. It's not like we don't know each other." She turns her mouth up.
He chuckles, "I heard that your mate is the one and only Alpha Alaric Kidman. I remember the stories you told me about him. Who would have thought he was your mate? I'm not here to lecture you. All I'll say is take your time, don't let anyone rush you into accepting him. And don't reject him until you have sat down with him face-to-face and talked. You'll do that when you're ready. I'm sure you'll make the right decision."
Andromeda nods and takes his hand, "Come join me for some sun and cold pear juice. Or would you like something stronger?" She's walking outside to the patio.
Hercules looks around the yard, squats down, and rubs Cheetara's head. "Pear juice is not my thing. You are truly my sister's daughter. How about some iced tea or cola?" He smiles at a bottle of cold cola that appears in his hand. "This is more like it." He sits down across from her. "I've never met your father, buit I have seen him a few times. To be honest, I'm not impressed with him."
"I'm not impressed with him either. As for the not meeting part, that's about to change." She looks at the woods at Mikkos and Adhir walking out.
"Who's the man with him? Nevermind. Just tell me, do I kill him or not? " Hercules staring at Adhir.
Andromeda wonders why her father is there. "I don't believe you'll have to kill him today. But that's still up in the air for another day."
Mikkos is staring at Hercules. "Who is that man? Could he be my daugther's mate? Do you think he's Aphro's lover?"
"I don't know who he is. I haven't taken my eyes off the huge ass cheetah. It's staring at us like we're her next meal." Adhir points to Cheetara.
Mikkos speaks, but he hasn't taken his eyes off Hercules. Andromede asked him what he was doing there. He said he was hoping her mother was there.
"My mother hasn't been here since the day I was born. Wait, let me correct that. She was here a few days ago, but only for a minute. Now that you know she isn't here, can you and your Beta leave so I can spend time with my uncle? Oh, that's right, you haven't met my uncle. Uncle Hercules, this is my father, King Mikkos, and Adhir, his Beta."
"Uncle, I didn't know your mother had a brother." Mikkos is still staring at Hercules.
"There is a lot you don't know about my mother." Andromeda's thinking.'
Hercules is also staring at him. " We came from a large family. I'm sure you'll meet them when they're ready to see you."
