I drove to a motel outside Maradona. We had left the city immediately the werewolves came for us and by that time, we were in New Springs. New springs was almost as alive as Maradona, and it's extravagant buildings were also a sight to behold. It was said to the centre of Sporting excellence and once in a year, athletes from all around the county gathered there for the annual sporting exercise. I always attended the exercise for I enjoyed horse racing In particular. And since the events of that particular sport was always done at night, it made it even more convenient for me.
It was already midnight when we got to New Springs and Lisa was fast asleep in the car. I kept on stealing glances at her for she was a wonder to behold. Even in sleep, she looked so beautiful and so calm.
