Last night passed mostly in a blur, I just remember flashes here and there, not much else. After Zack and Max left, Liam made us something to eat, just simple sandwiches, and we moved to the large bed instead of trying to squish together on the small bed.
It was hard to think of anything but the fact that Zack and Max were out there, in the outside world, a world which wasn’t going to be kind to them. And I had no idea where they were at any moment, no way to protect them.
Not that an Omega like me would be able to protect big Alphas like them, but having them at my side, I felt like I could at least protect them somewhat. And now they’re... Now they’re out there and I don’t know what to do about that, how to not be anxious about it.
