It’s dinner time and we’ve still not heard from Liam’s media contact. I have no idea if that plan is even going to work out, and with every passing moment, more dread settles in my stomach. Was this a bad idea? Did we do something that we shouldn’t have done? Is this going to be biting us in the ass badly later?
When Cyra left the room earlier, and then Zack followed her, I didn’t think too much of it. The guy is always following her, hell, we all keep following her around... But when they returned a while later, both with wet hair, Zack with a bandage on his arm and Cyra’s heat not as strong as when she left, it was pretty obvious what those two had been up to. And my griffin raged in fury for a few moments, it took a lot of energy to keep myself from reacting in the same way.
