Life in the apartment is boring, like, really boring, at the moment. It’s not that it’s no fun with Spence and Liam around, and the visits from Marrok and Lowell break up the monotony, but that it just feels like we’re missing a piece of who we are when Zack and Max aren’t here with us. We’re in a constant state of waiting.
It’s even worse than it was when we were simply on the run from the media and the police. Back then, it was easy to ignore most of what was going on around us, we had each other and that made up for a lot of the bad. But with Zack and Max not here, we’re constantly on edge. It’s horrible, and even things that I normally would use to get my mind away from it all, like reading, don’t work because I’m too nervous to properly sit down and relax.
