Something in me wished I had taken my time to share the news. I knew I should have forgotten about Elena, but how could I? Just when I was starting to consider starting a real relationship with her, then the whole divorce tantrum happened.
I wasn't just going to let her go that easily. I still had a shot, I just knew it. I only needed to give it one more trial. And thus, my idea for celebrating my mother's birthday.
"What? The Maldives? I-I don't understand. Why would Sana suddenly want to go to the Maldives? She hates water." Elena said in disbelief.
